This patient came to our clinic interested in correcting their crowding maintaining the aesthetics to the maximum. It was a class I bilateral moderate overbite and crowding in both arches. We opted to solve the problem by Incognito lingual braces, which besides being a method of fully reliable and effective treatment allows the patient to maintain the aesthetics throughout the entire process with no one perceives that orthodontic treatment is not to be the brackets on the buccal aspect of the teeth.
